Lunch at Maddox (which is Brent's addiction!)Pretty Pop Pop found Erin's barrette under the table and held it for her for awhile. . . You can't tell, but it's yellow with a yellow diamond flower.
Lunch was too good and we ate till we popped! The raspberry butter was to die for! Then we (Pam, Jenifer, and Erin) went shopping while the men went up into the mountains. I don't have pictures of the mountain half of the visit at this time but when I get a copy I'll post them.
Whilst at the Quilted Bear Erin found her favorite booth and loaded up on girly supplies. We eventually talked her out of most of it! We found the softest, cutest hat but at $25.00 it was a bit too steep!

Then we found the ribbon stall and they had a mirror! She was kissing that beautiful girl in the mirror and pranced around with her new bow.
Sunday we got up early to go hear the Mormon Tabernacle Choir on Temple Square.

Me, Erin and Lance waited in the visitors center while Pam, Brent, Chad, and Grey got to listen.
If you click on the above picture you can really see Lance's blue eyes!

The Sound of Music was breathtaking from what I hear. ;)
After that we went to Sugarhouse park in SLC. It was a beautiful day and a great way to spend our afternoon. This is what the picnic area looked like when we pulled up:

Grey had his hand out to keep the birds calm until his could get in their midst and then: Aaaaaaaagggghhhhhhh!!!
We had to fight all three kids from running and yelling and waving their arms around every time the birds got close. Erin would run over and roar at them. . .even though the birds were as tall as she. So to make up we fed the birds our leftover rolls.

Grey found a 'bluebird' among the mob (it's a pigeon). Lance found a seagull.

Then we played!!!

There was a stream with a small waterfall in the park so we tried to skip rocks (it was a little scary) and took some family pics and then we layed around in the shade.

It was a fantastic visit! Good luck over the Columbia Temple and we love you Mimi and Pop Pop!

You looking at me!?
